Indie music blogs have been raving about Ramona, the four-piece British group behind this energizing tune. With its catchy melody, deadpan lyrics and repetition and accentuation of the title "How Long," Ramona's debut single follows the recipe for a traditional punk/rock tune. The group even performed this song for British luxury fashion house Burberry's exclusive acoustic show.
The song’s video has a 1970s look and features vocalist Karen Anne bobbing her head, adorned with short, platinum blond locks. She fools around with lipstick in the mirror and plays alongside her band mates, bassist James Watts, drummer Fred West and guitarist Charlie Snelling. Anne’s look is reminiscent of Blondie’s frontwoman, Debbie Harry.
